It is clear that to be so popular there is a reason. Thanks to their small size (in most cases) it is possible to take them almost anywhere. Of course, this does not mean that we take them with us to work from Monday to Friday, but it certainly would not hurt to use them from time to time in the voids of the day.

There are also cases of people who have it, but have never used them. I think the main problem is the lack of ” advertising ” a little as in supermarkets. In short, the eye wants its part; This does not mean that we should put on the stickers with the faces of our idols, but you should place them at least in a place where they are easily seen.

Choose a transition zone, or a place to spend time when you are at home. The chances of success are increased if the place you have chosen, we normally carry out the particularly sedentary activities. An example would be next to the couch, where I usually watch TV eating potato chips or chocolate. On one side is the remorse and on the other, right there close to you, there are weights. Even if you do not look at them, we know they are there, ready for use. And then strength and courage, take a weight for each arm.

And they are many people who like to do it by listening to loud music. To avoid sliding sports, you might combine exercises with weights with others involving different parts of the body. On the Internet, you can find many examples to follow and that allow us to even change them every week.

But the key element is always constant. For 2, 3 or 5 days a week, the important thing is that you do not lose the rhythm. To prevent this from happening, it establishes fixed days, as if we were in the gym and certain times, always the same. In this way, we will soon see the results, and our muscles become more toned.
