Having a busty dream is one of the most popular among women today and the cosmetic surgery breast augmentation is required, incredibly, even the young girls of fourteen or fifteen years. Psychologists and anthropologists have analyzed the reasons for this phenomenon, and almost everyone agrees to associate the figure of a busty sense of reassurance about the ability to breast-feed and procreate that a man would search for in your partner unconsciously.
The woman’s desire to increase the volume of the breast would be stimulated by the desire to satisfy this perception that binds male femininity and sexual attraction to the ability to give birth and raise their young. Three different strategies.

This approach, yet very often recommended, is questioned by some experts. If the woman follows this strategy with great determination, unbalanced development of the pectorals is likely to make things worse from the point of view of aesthetics because there would be an effect of ” detachment ” (ie excessive muscle definition) between the breasts and chest too developed. In addition, the risk with this strategy is not only aesthetic but also functional: if you prefer the exercises ” push ” (involving mainly chest and triceps) rather than those of strength (back and biceps), you are likely to encounter imbalances ( a chain muscle stronger and weaker) which can easily lead to pain and injuries to joints. For this reason, many recommend the third strategy which is shown below.
- Only perform exercises to improve the posture to prevent back bending forward and subside, involving in this ” down ” even the breasts. It is to train the muscles of external rotation of the arm, ie those that lead back and up to his arms. They are small muscles of the shoulder joint, especially the infraspinatus muscle and the teres minor muscle.
The first strategy is certainly devoid of any scientific basis, so do not be deceived if you hear or read of ” physical exercises to increase the volume of the breast. ” The second strategy, namely the expansion of the chest, can give rise to aesthetic problems only if this enhancement is done at a level similar to that of a body builder. Activity is limited, at low loads to train the chest only for the purpose of achieving a good tone and muscle mass.
It may make sense especially with the progress of age. Recall that the pectoral muscles are essential in the performance of many everyday gestures of the arms and a good level of fitness is much more important as you lose definition and lean body mass with aging. The improvement exercises deportment instead are still effective and free of contraindications, although their effect is minimal and certainly does not allow a certain increase of a bra size!

For the reasons stated in the following paragraph, a good workout plan for a woman could provide targeted exercises for the breasts, not so much with the hope of increasing the volume, how to improve muscle tone in this area.
